Fusco Homes and Constructions is a traditional family based general building company that was incorporated in 1989. Fusco Homes specializes in the development of cultured and quality dwellings that offer real value to their clients. Fusco Constructions was created as an offshoot to Fusco Homes to cater for a growing amount of non-residential construction projects. Since its inception in 1989 Fusco Homes and constructions reputation, of projects that deliver in terms of quality, cost and time, has continued to grow.

The directors of the company are Ben, Janet and John Fusco. Ben has over thirty-five years experience in the construction industry, is a Master Plumber and holds a contractors and supervisors license for the construction of commercial, industrial and building work up to and including 3 storeys. Janet also has thirty-five years experience in the construction industry, and holds a degree in accountancy from the University of South Australia. John is a member of the Australian Institute of Building and holds a degree with honours in Construction Management and Economics (University of South Australia). Janet, Ben and John have been involved in a great variety of successful projects. They are highly motivated and enjoy challenges that the construction industry provides. Ben and Janet are also directors of Fusco Plumbing Service, which has been running successfully since they formed it in 1968.

Fusco Homes and Constructions use the best tradesmen, materials and techniques that the industry has to offer. Valuable experience has been gained in the use of many methods, including traditional brick veneer construction with either timber or steel frame, double brick construction, Rapidwall system and concrete panel construction. This enables Fusco Homes and Constructions to select the best system to suit its developments, ensuring that a quality product is constructed.
