Meadows Primary School (DTEI/DECS)- Classrooms and Toilet Block
This project involved the design and construction of 4 purpose built classrooms 2 linked computer rooms, 2 associated kitchens and art rooms, shade structure, separate toilet block and a covered timber deck.
The design phase was conducted with input from both the School Council and Principal. |

Department of Transport, Energy & Infrastructure (SA) - Library
Design and construction of a library for the Pimpala Primary School. Our team worked closely with the school and its stake holders during the design and construction phase to ensure a building met the requirements of our client. Works were carefully planned to ensure the safety of the children still attending the school. The library was finished on time and within budget. |

Kangarilla Primary School - New classrooms
Demolition of an existing classroom building and construction of 2 new classrooms and refurbishment of 2 existing clasrooms. Works also included fencing and new fire tanks. |

Works carried out to the requirements of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation. This involved working closely with the school and upgrading existing infrastucture to handle the new commercial kitchen. |

Department of Transport, Energy & Infrastructure (SA) - Covered Sports Area
Construction of a covered sports area for the Pimpala Primary School. Work involved preparation, compaction and testing of the sub grade and base. Supply and installation of synthetic turf, lines, sports equipment, netting, lighting and the construction of a portal framed clad covering structure. The sports surface is marked and suitable for volleyball, badminton, netball, basketball and indoor soccer. Work was completed within budget and on time. |

John Holland Rail - Office Fit Out, Young St Blackwood
Construction of offices for the Belair rail line upgrade support staff. Work had to be completed to a very short timeframe and involved night shifts, weekend and public holidays. It included the construction of a meeting room, multiple offices, lighting and the introduction of data and communication systems into a legacy building. |

Fit out of a boutique gymnasium including the construction of shower rooms, changing rooms and massage rooms into an existing building. The work was carried out to a tight time line. |

Long Distance Technolgies, Welland SA. - Demolition, fit out of existing
offices and construction of new offices and laboratories. Complete
modernization of the building to include new electrical re-wiring, lighting and
installation of data and communication lines. The work was commenced when scope, and design was not finalized and undertaken within a tight time frame. |

A design and construct project for a high clearance warehouse and associated office. Utilized pre-cast concrete panels and included fit-out. Project was successfully completed under budget. |
